How do I enable location services?
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Taste Compass and select "Always" or "While Using App" to enable location features.
Why does the app need background location access?
Background location allows us to send you timely notifications about nearby restaurants and special offers when you're in the area, even when the app isn't actively open.
How do I turn off push notifications?
You can manage notifications by going to Settings > Notifications > Taste Compass and toggling off "Allow Notifications".
Is my location data safe?
Yes! We take your privacy seriously. We only use your location to show nearby restaurants and never share it with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
How do I report a problem with a restaurant listing?
Please email us at [email protected] with the restaurant name and details about the issue. We'll investigate and update our information.
Which devices are supported?
Taste Compass is currently available for iOS devices running iOS 14.0 or later. We're working on bringing the app to more platforms!
